I. Call to order 6:00pm.
II. The Board will hold a public hearing to discuss the State of Maine Mandated Shoreland Zoning Ordinance Amendments. The hearing may be continued to Tuesday, October 13, 2009, at 6:00pm in the Mellon Room at the Northeast Harbor Library.
III. At the conclusion of item II the Board will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the new
Wireless Communications Facilities subsection of our Land Use Zoning Ordinance. . The hearing may be continued to Tuesday, October 13, 2009, at 6:00pm in the
Mellon Room at the Northeast Harbor Library.
